ORDER

Appellant's brief was due on April 18, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a). On April 21, 2016, we notified Appellant that the brief was late. We asked Appellant to file a response by May 2, 2016, that provided a reasonable explanation for failing to timely file the brief. On May 5, 2016, Appellant filed an unopposed first motion for extension of time to file the brief until May 31, 2016, for an extension of thirty-eight days.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on May 31, 2016.
