The petition seeking a belated appeal of the order denying defendant's fourth motion for jail credit, rendered on or about August 23, 2010, in Wakulla County Circuit Court case numbers 06–0438 and 07–0104, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be furnished to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal.
