Summary
In Palmer, this court held that an ALJ committed reversible error in failing to call a medical expert at hearing pursuant to SSR 83-20 to infer a claimant's onset date of disability when the claimant had been found disabled as of June 9, 2010, and the medical evidence was ambiguous as to whether she had been disabled as of her DLI, March 31, 2007.

ORDER AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDED DECISION
OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE
On April 28, 2014, the United States Magistrate Judge filed with the court, with copies to counsel, his Report and Recommended Decision. The time within which to file objections has expired, and no objections have been filed. The Magistrate Judge notified the parties that failure to object would waive their right to de novo review and appeal.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Recommended Decision of the Magistrate Judge is hereby ADOPTED. The Commissioner's final decision is VACATED, and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings.
