Actions for reimbursement, from a trust estate, of expenses allegedly incurred in securing a common benefit to the trust beneficiaries, brought to the Court of Common Pleas in New London County and tried to the court, Williams, J.; judgment for the plaintiffs in each case on the issue of liability only and appeal by the defendants in each case. Appeals dismissed.

James O. Shea, for the appellees (plaintiffs) in each case.


The appeal in each case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction in that the judgment appealed from is neither a complete nor a final judgment.
