MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it appellees' unopposed motion to reinstate and dismiss the appeal. Appellees state that the bankruptcy proceeding, which resulted in the abatement of this appeal, has been concluded, and that appellant's claims against appellees were discharged in the bankruptcy proceeding. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
