On March 15, 2022 the Court held a conference call with the parties and learned that Petitioner needs more time to gather his records to adequately prepare for trial. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 21, 2022 remote trial calendar for St. Paul, Minnesota. It is also

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at a Remote Special Session of the Court commencing on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 1pm central time. St. Paul, Minnesota is designated as the place of trial for this remote session. It is also

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
