MEMORANDUM OPINION


On May 26, 2010, appellants Jason E. Palm and Charlotte Bea Palm filed a notice of appeal in this case. That same day, we notified appellants that the $175 filing fee was due and that if appellants failed to pay the fee within ten days, the appeal would be dismissed. On July 22, 2010, appellee filed a motion to dismiss based in part on appellants' failure to pay the filing fee. To date, appellants have not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c).
