Palm Beach Crown Liquors v. Smith

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Feb 2, 1984
444 So. 2d 584 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1984)

Opinion

No. AT-81.

February 2, 1984.

An Appeal from an Order of Lawrence Langer, Deputy Commissioner.

Thomas W. Conroy, of Conroy Simberg, P.A., Hollywood, for appellants.

Kevin F. Richardson, of Law Offices of Shelton Clyatt, Jr., P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

The deputy commissioner's order sub judice contains a scrivener's error. Paragraph number 1 in the decretal portion of the order awards wage loss benefits from December 1, 1980. The correct date for the commencement of wage loss benefits should be December 1, 1982, and the order is hereby modified to reflect the correct date. As modified, the order is

AFFIRMED.

SHIVERS, JOANOS and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
