An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 8, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from plaintiffs-respondents' counsel, dated November 1, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted.
