An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 28, 2022,
And defendants-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order insofar as it directs Rolta India to produce to the plaintiffs-respondents: (i) documents allegedly protected by the attorney-client privilege; and (ii) all of Kamal K. Singh's "Rolta-related" emails for the last six years, pending the hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted on the condition the appellants perfect the appeal for the October 2022 Term of this Court.
