Supreme Court — Dismissals — No debatable constitutional question involved — Contempt of court — Refusal to answer questions before referee in proceedings in aid of execution — Sufficiency of charges against accused in Common Pleas Court — Alleged constitutional question not raised in lower courts.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Cuyahoga county.

It is ordered and adjudged that said petitions in error be, and the same are hereby, dismissed for the reason no debatable constitutional question is involved in said causes.
