STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


I. STIPULATION

Plaintiff Lourdes Padilla, appearing in pro per, and the Defendants City and County of San Francisco, City College of San Francisco, Carlota del Portillo, Pablo Hernandez, and Samuel Guia, through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

A. All claims between them in this lawsuit have been fully settled and resolved;

B. This suit should be dismissed with prejudice; and

C. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

I. ORDER

Pursuant to the foregoing Stipulation, IT IS ORDERED that this action is hereby dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
