ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the May 2 2023 order which was entered by a district court is not an oder that is applicable of right to this Court. MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a). Dismissal is without Prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See MCR 7.103.
