Upon review of respondent's response to this Court's order of May 24, 2007, and petitioner's reply thereto, petitioner's "Request to Make Indigency Determination Pursuant to Section 57.081(1), Florida Statutes" is hereby denied. Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus is likewise hereby denied.
