DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, entered February 19, 2015, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 10, 2015, and extended by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 22, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
