This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem, trial session, which was scheduled to begin October 11, 2022. On October 31, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report indicating that the parties are actively working toward settling this matter but require more time to complete, exchange, and review substantiating documents. Respondent requested that the case be restored to the General Docket.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby:

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that this case is returned to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
