ORDER
AND NOW, this 14th day of August, 2009, the Prothonotary's Office is directed to establish a briefing schedule on this matter and to list the matter for oral argument during this Court's December 2009 session in Harrisburg.
The parties are directed to brief the issues presented in the Petitioners' Motion to Enforce Grant of Petition for Mandamus and Order and the responses thereto, in addition to the issues raised in the exceptions and objections filed of record. Furthermore, the parties shall address the specific relief that they seek.
