Before the Court is appellants' agreed motion to dismiss this appeal. Appellants state, "The parties have settled this matter and moved to dismiss the underlying lawsuit. Appellants, therefore, no longer desire to continue with this appeal and ask that it be dismissed." Appellants' counsel also states he conferred with appellee's counsel and that appellee's counsel agreed the motion to dismiss should be granted. Accordingly, we grant the motion to dismiss, and we dismiss the appeal.
