ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 6, 2021, for cases in which Las Vegas, Nevada, is the place of trial.

On December 2, 2021,  respondent filed a motion for continuance. In that motion, respondent requests that the undersigned retain jurisdiction of this case and indicates that petitioners do not object to the granting of respondent's motion for continuance.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is 

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed December 2, 2021, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 6, 2021, Las Vegas, Nevada, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 11, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
