ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION TO CORRECT MISNOMER BY SUBSTITUTING OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY FOR AUTO-OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY
Upon review of the Consent Motion To Correct Misnomer By Substituting Owners Insurance Company For Auto-Owners Insurance Company, the Court hereby ORDERS that all pleadings, filings, and discovery already filed and/or served in this action are hereby amended in that Owners Insurance Company is hereby substituted for Auto-Owners insurance Company. The Court further ORDERS that the style of this case be corrected by substituting Owners Insurance Company for Auto-Owners Insurance Company. The substitution of Owners Insurance Company for Auto-Owners Insurance Company is merely to correct a misnomer and this Order shall in no way have any substantive or prejudicial effect on any of the parties.
