J.P. Owens, Jr., pro se, Petitioner. Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General, and Heather Flanagan Ross, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Respondent.
PER CURIAM.

Petitioner filed a timely notice of appeal for review of the circuit court's order denying amended motion for postconviction relief. That appeal is currently pending before this court in case number 1D12–4739. Accordingly, the instant petition seeking belated appeal is denied as moot.
