Petitioner's petition is denied. His offense date, June 30, 1983, does not entitle him to Waldrup incentive gain-time credit for Case No. 83-5811. See Ch. 83-131, §§ 8, 43, Laws of Fla.; Waldrup v. Dugger, 562 So.2d 687, 690-92 (Fla. 1990).
