ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge.

Upon due consideration of the parties' joint status report, filed April 3, 2023, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, no later than May 31, 2023, Mr. Owens shall provide to counsel for the Commissioner all documents related to his claim and legal issues raised for taxable year 2019. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 30, 2023, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a status report (preferably a joint report) detailing the then-present status of the case.

Mr. Owens is advised that his failure to comply with this Order may result in the Court granting the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.
