Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28. Insofar as the judgment dismisses the claims against the city of Boston, the Boston police department, and Justina Ward, it is affirmed. The portion of the judgment dismissing the amended complaint against A. Figueroa and Richard Moriarty is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings in accordance with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
