Action for rescission of a contract and for an accounting. Order denying appellant's motion to dismiss complaint on the ground of insufficiency, pursuant to rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Johnston, Acting P.J., Adel, Wenzel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
