An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 15, 2022, And defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved, for a preliminary injunction or to temporarily enjoin, stay and toll the order appealed from and to stay all proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the instant appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on the condition that appellant perfects the appeal for the June 2023 Term of this Court, post an undertaking in the amount of $95,823.16, and pay use and occupancy in the amount of $3,768.88 per month.
