STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a) and Local Rule 7.11, Plaintiffs Our Children's Earth Foundation, Santa Barbara Channelkeeper and Get Oil Out ("Plaintiffs") and Defendants U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Michael Leavitt, and Wayne Nastri (collectively "EPA") file this stipulation of dismissal of the complaint. Pursuant to a settlement agreement executed by the parties on August 18, 2004, the parties stipulate to dismiss the complaint in the above-captioned case with prejudice.
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
