ORDER
By order dated June 15, 2018, we abated this appeal due to the suggestion of bankruptcy filed by appellant Wellness Analysis, LLC. Before the Court is appellants' April 8, 2019 motion to continue appeal. In their motion, appellants inform the Court that the bankruptcy proceedings as to each appellant have been dismissed. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and REINSTATE this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.3(a).
While the appeal was abated, attorneys Laura E. Calhoun, John Mongogna, and Baleigh Walker filed, on October 29, 2018, a motion to withdraw as counsel for appellants. We GRANT the motion. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to remove Ms. Calhoun, Mr. Mongogna, and Ms. Walker as counsel for appellants. Appellants continue to be represented by attorneys Kerry Prisock and Carl A. Generes.
Appellants' brief on the merits is due within thirty days of the date of this order.
