Otto v. Colling

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Feb 11, 1977
342 So. 2d 1020 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1977)

Opinion

No. 76452.

February 11, 1977.

Certified questions under Appellate Rule 4.6 from the Circuit Court for Orange County; Claude R. Edwards, Judge.

Jerome J. Bornstein, Bornstein, Petree Shader, Orlando, for appellants.

James F. Page, Jr., Page White, Orlando, for appellees.

Upon oral argument in this cause all counsel agreed that the certified questions presented here would at most be determinative of the cause only if such questions were answered in a particular way and would not be determinative if answered in another. Accordingly this court declines to answer such questions since they are not in compliance with Florida Appellate Rule 4.6.

Certified questions denied.

ALDERMAN, ANSTEAD and LETTS, JJ., concur.
