ENTRY AND ORDER


On Motion of Plaintiff, by agreement of the Parties, and for good cause shown, the Court hereby upon application and notice finds exceptional circumstances exist as to make it desirable and in the interest of justice, with due regard to importance of presenting testimony of witnesses orally in open Court, to allow the use of video trial depositions of medical expert witnesses in these proceedings, the use of such depositions is hereby expressly authorized.
