Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Paul T. Sheppard, Esq., sworn to November 22, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Kevin C. Caraccioli, Esq., sworn to November 28, 20110, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 1, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 25, 2011, and inserting in its place the date January 3, 2012.
Memorandum: No further motions for an extension of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
