We would remand to the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission with the direction that it remand to the magistrate to make necessary factfindings using the proper legal standard for disability as set forth in Haske v. Transport Leasing, Inc., 455 Mich. 628 (1997). SeeLayman v. Newkirk Electric Associates, 458 Mich. 494 (1998).
