HORST D. OSTERKAMP, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case was on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. It is mostly about a net operating loss and flowthru adjustments from an S corporation. We continued the case to try to let the parties settle at IRS Appeals, and they did settle all the major issues. Petitioner recently reported that the Appeals Officer's annual leave left him unable to work on the one remainng issue. But with only one issue left unresolved, there's no reason to take the case off the status-report track. It is

ORDERED that on or before June 16, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or petitioner shall file a status report to describe his progress at IRS Appeals.
