IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that briefing on Doe Plaintiffs' Motion for Spoliation against The Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants ("Spoliation Motion") and Doe Plaintiffs' Motion for Sanctions Against The Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants for Discovery Abuse ("Discovery Motion"), shall proceed in accordance with the following deadlines:

(1) The Plaintiffs' reply to the Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants Opposition to Plaintiffs' Spoliation Motion and Discovery Motion, and Plaintiffs' Opposition to the Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants Cross-Motion for Discovery Sanctions shall be served by Thursday, May 19, 2005; and

(2) The Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants reply to Plaintiffs' Opposition to the Exchange Maker and I.N.T. Defendants Cross-Motion for Discovery Sanctions shall be served by Thursday, May 26, 2005.
