ORDER
On the Court's own motion, counsel for the parties are DIRECTED to be prepared to discuss the applicability of Biondo v Biondo, 291 Mich.App. 720; 809 N.W.2d 397 (2011), to this case at oral argument. Further, either party may file a supplemental brief, not exceeding five pages, addressing whether Biondo applies to this case and, if so, how it should be applied, by April 7, 2023.
