ORDER

LEWIS KAPLAN, District Judge

If defendants wish to conduct additional depositions, they shall move, no later than April 7, 2005, for leave to do so. Similarly, any motion for sanctions with respect to alleged failures to respond to discovery, including any contempt motion addressed to Mr. Clare, shall be made by that date. Papers in opposition to any such motions shall be filed no later than April 14, 2005. Any replies shall be filed no later than April 18, 2005. The Court will hear argument on April 22, 2005 at 11:30 a.m.

The joint pretrial order shall be filed no later than May 6, 2005 although the Court may extend this date depending upon the outcome of any motions referred to above. Any motions for summary judgment shall be filed no later than May 20, 2005. Responding papers shall be filed no later than May 31, 2005. Reply papers shall be filed no later than June 8, 2005. The Court will hear argument of any summary judgment motions on June 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m.

The case is set for trial on September 6, 2005 unless previously disposed of on motion.
