ORDER

By order dated May 17, 2019, we abated this appeal to the trial court for an abandonment hearing. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2). We ordered the trial court to make the necessary findings required by our order and cause a supplemental clerk's record and supplemental reporter's record to be filed in this court no later than June 17, 2019.

On June 24, 2019, the trial court caused a supplemental clerk's record to be filed in this court containing the trial court's request for an extension of time to comply with this court's prior order. The request is GRANTED. The trial court is ORDERED to conduct the abandonment hearing and cause a supplemental clerk's record and supplemental reporter's record to be filed in this court no later than August 1, 2019.
