In response to our order issued May 17, 2016, a supplemental clerk's record has been filed containing the trial court's certification stating that appellant has the right to appeal the order denying his motion for forensic DNA testing. The clerk of this court is instructed to send appellant a copy of the supplemental clerk's record. The appellant's brief is due within thirty (30) days from the date of this order.
