ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the petitioners-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated September 19, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the petitioners-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 25, 2012, and the petitioners-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
