ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 5, 2012. Separate application by the attorney for the children for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time of the respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 26, 2013, and briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date.
