On April 10, 2023, the parties' filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index #15). However, upon review, it was seen that the case caption is incorrect, adding an addidional .Jr to petitioner's name. A correct caption is needed in order to properly process the document. Therefore, the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed April 10, 2023 (index #15), is erroneous and we will strike it and order the parties to file a corrected one.
Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby
ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision document filed April 10, 2023, (index #15) is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that on or before April 24, 2023, the parties shall filed a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision document bearing the correct caption in this case.
