On authority of Rule VII, Section 5(b), this Court, Ex Proprio Motu, considers said appeal as abandoned; therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
