Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2010, and May 16, 2011, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 5, 2012.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
