Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a decision of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on October 26, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lara R. Badain, Esq., dated October 4, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Vivian M. Aquillina, Esq., dated October 14, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 20, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 26, 2016, and inserting in its place the date November 28, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 20, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 10, 2016, and inserting in its place the date December 16, 2016.
