This 4th day of March, 2003, IT IS SO ORDERED that:
(1) Superior Court Civil Rule 127 is amended by striking paragraph (h) in its entirety and by inserting in lieu thereof the following:
(h) Completion of fact discover. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, all fact discovery contemplated by Rule 129, shall be completed within 180 days after the filing of the last answer.
(2) Superior Court Civil Rule 127 is amended by adding a paragraph (i) as follows:
(i) Completion of expert discover. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, all discovery with respect to expert witnesses, except for discovery contemplated by Rule 129, shall be completed within 60 days after completion of the fact discovery pursuant to subsection (h) of this rule.
(3) Superior Court Civil Rule 130(b) is amended by striking the third sentence as it appears and by substituting the following sentence:
"The pre-trial order shall include a summary of the claims or defenses of each party, a list of the witnesses each party expects to introduce at trial, a list of the exhibits each party intends to introduce at trial and any objections thereto, a description of any other evidentiary disputes, a statement of facts not in dispute and a statement of disputed issues of fact."
(4) These amendments shall be effective April 1, 2003.
