Opinion

This 5th day of August, 2010, IT IS ORDERED that:
(1) Superior Court Civil Rule 77 under "Miscellaneous Services" is amended by adding "Notary Fee $5.00";
(2) Superior Court Civil Rule 77 under "Miscellaneous Services" is amended by deleting "Certified copy of any document $6.00 (not to exceed 3 pages without additional copy charge)" and by substituting in lieu thereof the following "Certified copy of any document $10.00 (not to exceed 3 pages without additional copy charge)";
(3) Superior Court Civil Rule 77 under "Miscellaneous Services" is amended by deleting "Exemplified copy of any document $10.00 (not to exceed 3 pages without additional copy charge)" and by substituting in lieu thereof the following "Exemplified copy of any document $25.00 (not to exceed 3 pages without additional copy charge)"; and
(4) These amendments shall take effect August 9, 2010.
