Appeal from the Circuit Court for Orange County, Jose R. Rodriguez, Judge.
Jeffrey J. Newton, County Attorney, Henry M. Brown, Assistant County Attorney, and Edward Chew, Senior Assistant County Attorney, Orlando, for Appellant. Tracy A. Marshall and Rachael M. Crews of Gray Robinson, P.A., Orlando, for Appellees.
PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal of the judgment for costs in an eminent domain proceeding. Because we reversed in part the underlying judgment and remanded it for a new trial, we reverse and remand the judgment under appeal. See Mulato v. Mulato, 734 So.2d 477, 478 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).
