ORDER
Before QUINN, C.J., and HANCOCK and PIRTLE, JJ.
Pending before this Court is Appellant's Unopposed Motion to Supplement the Record Due to Defect and Motion for Extension of Time to File Appellant's Brief. By the motion, Appellant maintains that by letter of December 13, 2012, he filed a written designation requesting the trial court clerk to supplement the record with Appellant's responses and replies to motions for summary judgment, but they were not included.
By the motion, Appellant also requests a second extension of time in which to file his brief. We grant the motion in its entirety and direct the Lubbock County District Clerk to prepare a supplemental clerk's record containing the items requested in Appellant's letter of December 13, 2012. The record is to be filed with the Clerk of this Court on or before Friday, March 29, 2013. Appellant's brief is due to be filed in this Court on or before Friday, April 12, 2013.
