On January 25, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 8). On January 26, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response to the Motion for Continuance.

On February 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File First Amended Answer (Doc. 10) and lodged a First Amended Answer (Doc. 11).

On March 13, 2023, the Court held a teleconference with the parties to discuss the pending motions, among other things. Petitioner stated on the call that he agrees to a continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's February 16, 2023 Motion for Leave to File First Amended Answer is granted and the First Amended Answer is filed as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's January 25, 2023 Motion for Continuance is granted, this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 20, 2023 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Trial Session and is continued generally.
