Steven Engelhardt of Engelhardt Law, PLLC, counsel for appellant, Betul Oney, has filed a motion to withdraw and requested that he be allowed to withdraw from representing appellant in this appeal. Because the motion fails to comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5(a)(1), (2), (4) and 6.5(b), it is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(a)(1), (2), (4), (b). Nothing in this order prevents the filing of a motion to withdraw that complies with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
